• When will my order arrive?

Here are the estimated shipping times once your order has been sent:

New Zealand: 1-2 weeks


Australia: 2-3 weeks

Everywhere else: 3-6 weeks

Please note that these are rough estimations and your order could arrive sooner or later than the estimated times. 

If for some reason your order has not arrived 2 weeks after the estimated shipping time has passed I will be more than happy to refund or replace your order. 

• Will my order have tracking? 

At this stage I do not offer tracking as a way of reducing your shipping costs. 
However if you would like to inquire about adding tracking to your order I can contact the local post office and get a quote but the additional costs will be at your own expense.

• How can I place a custom order?

I have several custom listings available on my website, however, if you're wanting something more specific that isnt listed you can click the "Contact" button to make an inquiry.

• Do you accept cancellations?

If you've changed your mind and wish to cancel your order I accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchasing. 

• Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns for certain items however return shipping is at the buyers expense. If you have changed your mind and wish to return your order it must be sent back within 7 days of receiving it.
You will be refunded minus shipping costs once the order has arrived back to me in the same condition it was when I shipped it. If the order arrives back damaged I will not be able to refund you. 

Orders I do not accept returns/refunds for:
- Any and all custom orders.
- Tattoo Commissions.
- Phone Wallpapers.

• Do you offer wholesale?

I absolutely do offer wholesale for certain items. Click the "Contact" button to make an inquiry.

• How can I get my order to ship faster?

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date I do have a "Rush My Order" listing that you can purchase so your order will be made top priority and be sent ASAP. 
Please note however that I have no control over postal services so I cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time. When in doubt it's best to order in advance.

• Do you offer gift wrapping?

If you're ordering as a present to be sent directly to the recipient I do have a "Gift Wrapping" listing available that you can purchase to have the order nicely wrapped and include a hand written note. Once you've purchased the gift wrapping listing simply email me with the message you want written.
